How long does it take?
Initial insights in 2 to 3 weeks. Deeper strategy engagements are scoped based on your specific situation. We don't drag things out. Our goal is actionable findings, fast.
What do you actually deliver?
Depends on the engagement. For customer research: buyer profiles, decision triggers, hidden objections, and a strategy session to translate findings into action. For go-to-market: a documented strategy with ideal customer definition, channel map, and message framework. Every engagement ends with clear decisions, not just slides.
Do you work with companies outside Germany?
Yes. We're based in Cologne but work with clients across Europe and internationally. Most of our research work is conducted remotely.
What if the research contradicts what we currently believe?
That's usually the point. Research that confirms what you already think rarely changes anything. If findings challenge your assumptions, that's where the value is. We'll help you understand what to do with that, not just hand you a report.
